Hey there! If you wanted to create a wiki — not just a wiki page here on the Wiki Spot hub — you can do that over on the create a wiki page.
Also, I noticed that the page you were testing out didn't show up properly — that's because Wiki Spot uses a slightly different markup than what you pasted. You can find out more about displaying images (uploaded to the wiki) on the help with images page.
