These instructions are incomplete and do not work yet.
These are step-by-step instructions for setting up a custom domain name for use with Wiki Spot.
In this example, we will set up the domain trianglewiki.org using DreamHost Services.
Step 1
Add a domain to your account, select DNS

Confirm the cname record

The new cname will now be shown under custom DNS 
Step 5
Dreamhost won't allow us to set up a "forward" from our domain to "www" of our domain. This is annoying and DreamHost needs to fix this :) Anyway, we do this:

Then we create a new entry in the control panel for "argh.trianglewiki.org" and set up a "forward" on that!

Put in a request on the using a custom domain name page in the section "Domain Requests"!
