Welcome to The Bayside Striders home page!
We are a free of charge, recreational running club that provides training, motivation and support for local area runners of all levels and ages.
Speed Training
Speed training workouts are led by the most experienced Bayside Striders (Jim and Ron) and include tempo runs, hills, intervals, etc. The workouts are designed to make you a faster and more efficient runner and are preceeded by a slow 15-20 minutes warmup run.
Time: Every Wednesday at 6:00 pm.
Place: Meet in from of Winskill Aquatic Centre.
Where: Throughout Tsawwassen including hills and the SDSS oval.
Bonus: Pub night at the Rose & Crown on the first monday of each month after workout.
