How are new interwikis requested?

I know that Wiki Spot and the various Wikimedia sites are not affiliated, and I don't mean to suggest any such affiliation should exist. However, those sites have a lot of good information that is useful reference material. Since Wikimedia sites are GFDL licensed, we can't easily bring their information into Wiki Spot, so it would be much more convenient if we could easily link to their content and have better icons (like Wikipedia currently does) instead of generic external link. I would like to propose the following Interwikis be added to all Wiki Spot wikis:

''wiki: books'' for the English Wikibooks

[WWW]http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/$1

''wiki: commons'' for Wikimedia Commons

[WWW]http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/$1

''wiki: meta'' for Wikimedia Meta-Wiki

[WWW]http://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/$1

''wiki: news'' for the English Wikinews

[WWW]http://en.wikinews.org/wiki/$1

''wiki: quote'' for the English Wikiquote

[WWW]http://en.wikiquote.org/wiki/$1

''wiki: source'' for Wikisource

[WWW]http://en.wikisource.org/$1

''wiki: versity'' or ''wiki: wikiversity'' for the English Wikiversity

[WWW]http://en.wikiversity.org/$1

''wiki: wikt'' for the English Wiktionary

[WWW]http://en.wiktionary.org/$1
