• Support 24 hr Rule- either address it in this time or let it go
• No assumptions/Challenge assumptions that do come up
• Recognize your impact
• Connect ideas we have with conversations
• Mindfulness- includes listening and making space
Includes: be aware of air time, and be concise when possible.
• Low level language
• Practice 2x loop learning
• Work with others who you might not have worked with recently
• Experience discomfort

• Include reflection on norms in plus/deltas of the day
• Fishbowl- use it as a tool to practice our norms
• Check in exit slip type process check.
