1.) Knock out Grant Proposals on each end
2.) Create Teams at UCI and MIT
3.) Upload Proposal Data to Wiki
Then once we get money:
1.) Purchase Equipment and Materials
2.) Write and Review Scripts
3.) Practice Video Runs (send to each other to review)
4.) Final Video and Upload
After we get some videos up:
1.) Participate in YouTube Community (comments, video responses, e-mail, etc.)
2.) Upload to Instructables, Digg, Twitter, Reddit
3.) Upload Interviews
4.) Promote through UCI and MIT"
