Initially, CityWiki is a template repository for Admins of City Wikis.
The template needs of a neighbourhood are different than one for a small to medium sized city. And their needs are different than the needs of a larger sized or geographically dispersed or suburban type of city. What do we mean by "template?" We mean pre-written content that's useful to us all — pages we all share that contain nearly the same content, at least at first.
CityWiki.WikiSpot.org is intended to help people build long term solid foundations for their online city wiki communities. CityWiki is also a place for citywiki builders to talk shop.
