Emrgency Prepardness involves 3 steps:

1 Be sure that you have prepared yourself
Do you have three days of water and food? A flashlight with fresh batteries and extra batteries. A battery operated radio?
Hard shoes under your bed? A disaster kit by your door? A disater kit in your car? A prearanged remote phone contact that all of your family memebers know about?
2 Come to the Monday January 12th 7:00 BNA meeeting for a class on mapping your block. 15517 27th Ave NE meet all your block neighbors, wathc the video and prepare the map.
3 Once the mapping is done we may do a drill or simulation and see how long we can go without water, power, phone, heat and access to the refrigerator.
