Hi, my name is Akemi Loli Mokoto. I am the founder, owner, and president of the United States Department of Lolicon (Lolicon International Inc.) and acting interim director for the Lolicon Defense Task Force.

Lolicon is a genre/theme of anime in which underaged female anime characters are sexually depicted. This means it can be ecchi or hentai. The age of a loli is typically 7-16 (some may say it's as low as 5). A new controversy is saying its not 16, but rather 14 or maybe even as young as 12.

I am a sex abuse victim. My sister died after enduring the hell our "dad" put her through. She went through the worst of it. I’m not at liberty to talk about it, and I can’t really remember much, but police reports show that this happened. Apparently I should regain my memory of the events in full before I’m 30. So...that’s all I'll say on that.

Other then my "childhood" spent as an adult, I have had an okay life (excluding several tragedies). I met my childhood friend by accident. I had reportedly "ran from the house, ran to a road, and laid in the east bound lane crying." ...you know what? That’s it. I’m not saying anything else on that. Besides, my psychologist said to not talk about it.

I lost 2 friends in 2007. Early in 2007, my childhood friend died from injuries from an accident. It could have been avoided if a certain group of dumbasses would have followed the rules! In late 2007, my best friend (and co-owner of Lolicon International Inc.) went missing from her parent's Florida home. So now I stay with my childhood friend's 14 year old younger sister. Well, I don’t stay with her, I’m living in her dad's house (he's in Iraq). He's been there for about 3 months on his 2nd, 3rd, or 4th redeployment. Since I’m 18 years old, I have temporary legal custody of her until he returns.
