You need to upload the mp3s and then copy and paste the links to those files into your m3u file. If you'd like help fixing that, I can help you out, but a streaming service solution might be better, as they provide all the nice simple tools. If you are doing reviews or other atomic comments (i..e, they are stand alone), archiving them periodically makes sense.
