Microsoft Windows 3.20 Codenamed Cougar Build 28 (3.20.028) is a build of the Microsoft Windows 3.20 Operating System.

The most well known copy of this build has changed hands many times, and has gone through varrying degrees of modification and repair. It was originally in the posession of Kenzou Isogai, a known Japanese faker, who took a build of Cougar and heavily modified it, possibly "downgrading" it from a later build (such as 33), and released it on the JBCC (Japanese Beta Collector's Community). It was sent to another person (most likely Japanese), who replaced certain files with versions from Chicago Build 58s to borrow device drivers, and rendered this build unusable in the process. It was later sent to The RingMan, a Japanese beta collector who along with OBrasilo (a Brasillian collector, member of the OSBetaGroup, living in Slovenia) fixed this build enough for it to work. Afterwards, it was "proven fake" by Hiroshi Nakamura/NakaHiro04/betaguy224 (a JBCC member who is an enemy of Isogai's). However, OBrasilo has proven some files in this build to be real, and as a result, WinPC (who got this build from Namronia in March 2008) has taken the time to provide us with a total of 48 screenshots.
